Can I Change My Payment Gateway?

In event that you wish to change your Payment Gateway provider, please email us at support@sellonline.asia with a request detailing the proposed new Payment Gateway provider and prosed time of switching over.  Please note we require a minimum of thirty (30) days to evaluate and make changes of this nature.

If the proposed Payment Gateway provider can be used, we will provide written confirmation and estimated timeline to start the work.

Clients must have a registered account with the Payment Gateway provider and provide SellOnLine the account details such as an API key (or as directed by SellOnLine) for us to link the two systems, additionally you will provide the Test code if different from the API keys provided.

Once the new Payment Gateway is developed and linked, SellOnLine shall confirm operation and security measures are intact ahead of switching systems and going live.

SellOnLine advise that the former Payment Gateway is maintained within the Administrative level for historical purposes, however disabled from use or access, alternatively the Client may request we remove the former Payment Gateway from the system.

As with any third-party system, SellOnLine shall not be responsible for the correct setup of the Payment Gateway administrative level on the client side such as  setting automated response emails, refund policy declaration etc.  The Client shall ensure the Payment Gateway is set correctly to perform the desired operation and respond to orders, request for refund etc.
