Cancellation During Site Build Phase

 

 
Unlike other suppliers, SellOnLine does not lock you into an ongoing contracted period of one or more years. We believe the service and value we bring speak for itself, meaning that your contracted period roles’ month to month or annually as is your preference. However, whilst the ongoing usage of the system is governed by the subscription term, there are exceptions that allow cancellation once an order form has been submitted.

Cancellation During the Site Build Period:
In the unlikely event that you wish to terminate the contract during the Site Build period, the following rules shall apply:

Site Build Has Commenced: In this scenario no refund is available given work has commenced and time allocated to the build project, sourcing Content where required, putting together the wire-frame of the site and work in progress. The full Site Build Fee is forfeit as a result, as detailed in the EULA.

Site Build Has Not Commenced: In the event that the actual Site Build has not commenced and in compliance with our published EULA, an Administration Fee of SG$250.00 shall be deducted from the Site Build Fee prior to initiating a refund. The Administration Fee covers the allocation of the Server, Setup of the basic administration system, firewall etc., that are initiated as soon as an Order is received.
