Commencement of Monthly Charges

 

 
Commencement of the Monthly Charges is the first (1st) day of the Month following completion and release of your Site from the Site Build Phase. Release of your site is further defined as the Site has been built, a Validation Meeting held (or multiple Validation Meetings depending on plan) and changes made as agreed in the Validation meeting. Please refer to the additional article covering Site Build Sign-Off for further details.

Clients will be informed via email of the commencement of payments together with details for payment to be made.

In the event that you are unable to make the Monthly Charge payment or payment will be late, please refer to our article covering late payment and terms applicable to prevent the Site being suspended.
