Notes:

• SellOnLine will provide shared folder access for uploading of Content (Assets).  All Content uploaded must be legally owned or licensed in compliance with our EULA.

• The EULA provide the Terms & Conditions for supply of this system

• Where SellOnLine are requested to provide content, SellOnLine shall use its best judgement in terms of delivery based on the input received.  Please clearly describe the content you wish SellOnLine to assist with

• On completion of the draft site build, a “Validation” meeting will be held to review and receive feedback.  The number of Validation Meetings shall depend on the Plan selected

• All Pricing is shown in US$.  The applicable local currency charges will be applied at the time of payment based on the Payment Gateway exchange rate at that time

• Monthly charges shall commence the 1st day of the month following delivery of notice of completion of the Site Build Phase

• Clients shall have 30-days from payment of the Site Build Fee to submit content to the shared folder.  In event of cancellation during the Site Build Phase, the Client shall forfeit the Site Build Fee if work has commenced, else an administrative fee of US$100 shall apply

• Should you require assistance with setting up a Domain (Website Address) and/or Email Account, please select the tick-boxes on the Order Form ahead of submission, indicating the preferred Domain Name in the Additional Text Box.  Refer to our Knowledge Base article for further clarity here.

• Use the Additional Information field to provide details of Pages/Sections if not already identified and any additional information that may be relevant

• All pricing excludes any charges relating to Payment Gateway, Courier or any 3rd party connection requested
