Payment

Payment for SellOnLine Plans is through a Stripe Payment Gateway process.  All pricing is in US$ and charged at the then Gateway forex rate against local currencies at time of payment.  SellOnLine are unable to provide a fixed local currency offering as that would entail great risk and drive pricing up, which would go against our ideology of maintaining low monthly costs for our user base.

Site Build Fee:

The Site Build Fee is paid at the time of placing an Order for a Plan.

On receipt of a paid Plan, you will receive a receipt identifying the bill paid and your details together with SellOnLine details for tax records, additionally you will receive an email detailing the linkage to a shared folder that should be used to upload your Content for the Site Build to commence, unless you request the SellOnLine Team to provide Graphics etc.

The SellOnLine Team will schedule a call to discuss your business, review your products and services unless you can provide a URL for an existing site in which case we can use an existing site to understand your business before work commences.

Monthly Fee:

Monthly Plan Fees are due on the first (1st) day of each Month.  Please note that late payment will lead to suspension of your site and the site taken offline if payment not received within 5 days.  Thereafter penalty charges are incurred as defined in the EULA, and an added cautionary note, should your site be down for 3 consecutive months, the site, it’s Contents, Archives etc will be deleted in full and unrecoverable.
