Late Monthly Payment Terms
In order to maintain low monthly charges SellOnLine automate bills collection, suspension and termination thus critical to fully understand the Late Monthly Payment Terms. Should payment not be received on the first (1st) day of the month, you have until the fifth (5th) day of the month to make payment in full. In event of no payment received by the fifth (5th) day of the month and in compliance with our published EULA, the Site will be suspended and taken off-line.
Site Suspension:
Where a Site is suspended for non-payment a reconnection fee shall apply as specified in the EULA. To reinstate your Site please follow the link in the reinstatement email and make payment to cover the suspension fee plus the full Monthly Fee applicable. If the Site is suspended for more than one (1) month but not greater than three (3) months, the suspension fee is applicable for each month, for example if the suspension Fee is US$20.00 per month and your site has been suspended for two (2) months, then you would incur a total suspension fee of US$40.00 + the then relevant Monthly charge for the month of reinstatement.
On full payment of the Suspension Fee + the Monthly Fee for the month of reactivation, the Site will be reinstated in full. Clients should be aware that during periods of Suspension the Site literally disappears from the Internet that could cause loss of business as clients are no longer able to connect online with your business through the Site. SellOnLine are not responsible for any loss of business or misunderstanding of your prospects, clients or any third-party as a result of the Site being suspended.
Site Termination:
With further reference to the EULA following three (3) months of active concurrent Suspension, the Site will be terminated (deleted) from our servers resulting in the full loss of Content, database, order history etc. The Site at that point will be archived to a archive folder and removed from the servers in its entirety. To reinstate a terminated site a Fee equivalent to the then published Site Build Fee for the relevant Plan will apply without exception to cover costs of server, backup, etc., during the Suspension Period and Archiving, storage etc., following termination.
